    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days
    after receiving your item to request a return.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us
    immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issüe and make it right.

    destroyed. We refuse to refund.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,
    you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Shipping Policy

    Tip: Since some products are handmade, production takes a
    certain amount of time (the production cycle is about 1-2 weeks),
    so the delivery time depends on the situation.
    All orders will be delivered via Yanwen
    Express/YunExpress/UPS/DHL/FedEx after processing.
    We try to group all of your orders together so that you receive a
    single package, though sometimes your orders may arrive in
    separate packages.
    Please note that shipping times are approximated from the time your purchase leaves our warehouse.
    DUTIES TAXES
    Brazil
    Brazilian users will have tariffs after purchase, which need to be paid on their own at the official website, about 5-8 USD, which need
    to be borne by the customers themselves.
    Other countries
    Import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products and there are no additional charges upon delivery.
    Other international shipments
    There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that MEACAOFG does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

    MULTIPLE ADDRESS
    Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use if you would like items to ship to different destinations.
    REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
    If you refuse delivery of any order placed on meacaofg.shop the
    package will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the item in original condition/original packaging, you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-
    refundable.
    NOTE
    There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements.
    While most packages will arrive on time, there may be
    circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery dates; any delivery
    delay or issue is solely the responsibility of the shipping company
    but will be investigated by ourselves.
    If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please email liuhonghong791@outlook.com within 7 working days of the delivery date. Any items reported as lost past this period will be denied for
    replacement or refund.
